Hello everyone, and thank you for visiting my blog. I thought I would take a moment to share some information about me Selina Veronique.
My name is Selina and I love all things creative and artistic, as well as lifestyle subjects and fashion. I started this blog so I could share my different passions with you, from crochet tutorials to lifestyle articles. I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoy making and writing them!
About me Selina Veronique: a French girl in the UK
Like I said, my name is Selina Veronique. I am a French girl living in the UK. I love living in England (the North East), but sometimes I really miss France too, mostly the food, the wine and also fashion (although I really like British trends as well). A thought I had was to share some blog posts on French style and traditions from time to time on my blog. Let me know in the comments below if there is any particular aspect of these that you would like me to write about.
A free crochet pattern and video tutorial every Thursday
I release a crochet tutorial every Thursday. Sometimes I even release bonus videos if I have time to do that.
I have currently just given birth to my first child, and I am very excited to say I absolutely adore my sweet baby boy.
I attended the Official French Beaux Arts For Children
So to give you a bit more of an insight into who I am, I can say that I have always loved arts and crafts. I was part of the French Fine Arts School from the age of 8 through 18.
I then went on to study History of Art in a French University. After that, I graduated with a Master’s Degree in 19th Century Romantic French Painters, a subject I really enjoyed studying. I then went on to do various jobs, from Receptionist for big French companies, to Curator’s Assistant in two different museums. After that I moved to the UK.
Sharing my crochet patterns with you
Crochet and creating patterns are what I love to do most. I hope to share as many as I can with you on here and Youtube. DIY projects and painting are also part of my favourite hobbies. I release a free crochet pattern and video tutorial every Thursday here on the blog and my Youtube channel. I would love it if you subscribed to my channel, it means the world to me. Being a mummy
I am the mummy to the sweetest little boy. He is my world and is already so clever! I love him with all my heart and love spending time with him. Maybe he will also share my love of crochet one day.
