Banana and Coconut baby dessert easy recipe

Hello everyone! Today I am bringing a Banana and Coconut baby dessert easy recipe to you.

I just wanted to share a recipe post on how I make my baby boy’s favourite dessert, made from fresh bananas and coconut milk. It is so quick and easy, and he absolutely adores it, so it’s a win-win on all fronts.

The recipe for the Banana and Coconut baby dessert easy recipe

You will need:

5/6 fresh bananas

Approximately 1/3 of a litre carton of coconut milk such as Alpro’s

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Start by peeling the bananas and just break them into halves or quarters. Pop them into a pan. Just add 1/3 of a 1 litre carton of Alpro coconut milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, bring to a simmer, and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the bananas are nice and soft.

My baby’s favourite recipe

Mix everything up and voilΓ , you have the yummiest dessert for your baby (or toddler)! Usually this makes about 5 portions that I just refrigerate and is eaten within 2 days. It does start off by being very “liquid” looking, but as it cools down it thickens quite a bit, so I don’t take any milk out before mixing up my bananas. Let it cool down before serving or storing in your refrigerator.

This recipe has been such a life saver for me, as it is a quick and very budget friendly dessert I can make myself. Having a little baby can be challenging at times, so we all need to help each other out.

I hope you enjoyed this easy recipe, let me know in the comments, and in the meantime take care,

Don’t forget to join my Facebook group, it is mainly for crochet but we do discuss other things too: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2673897989298095/

Xoxo, Selina.

Disclaimer:

This is my personal recipe for my baby, so please note you are responsible for your own baby and what he/she eats. Thank you for understanding.
