Crochet The Autumn Leaves Headband/Ear Warmers

Hi everyone, I hope you are well! Today I am bringing an easy tutorial on how to Crochet The Autumn Leaves Headband.

I was inspired to make this project over the week-end, following the success of the Autumn Leaves Infinity Scarf released last week. The free pattern is also available on this blog, so please feel free to download it at the bottom of this page.

The step by step video tutorial can be found on Youtube: Crochet The Autumn Leaves Headband Video Tutorial

This is a very warm headband, perfect for Winter

A very easy and quick pattern to crochet

I crocheted this lovely and easy ear warmer with what was left from my skein of yarn from last week’s tutorial for the matching scarf, The Autumn Leaves Cowl.

This matching headband is an absolute delight to crochet, and so easy too. Created with Lion Brand’s Landscapes in shade Tropics, the beautiful variegated fall colours really uplifted my mood. I know colours really affect my life. Therefore I choose the colours for my projects so carefully, as crochet is such a big part of my life!

A simple stitch used to Crochet The Autumn Leaves Headband

The simple stitch used for this pattern make it a very quick and easy project to crochet. Both the cowl and these ear warmers can make the perfect gift for someone special at Christmas, for example.

I love thick headbands for the winter, because my ears are so sensitive and definitely to be covered when it is cold or windy. So this crochet project will come in very handy, especially associated with the matching cowl. I cannot wait to wear them together this winter, as they will keep me nice and warm.

Vibrant Autumn colours

The vibrant and gorgeous colours of nature this season inspired me to choose the yarn. I know this project worked up so quickly and beautifully, that I managed to film and edit my video tutorial today! I was so pleased to be able to share this project with you today.

Please do let me know if you crochet this pattern, and tag me if you want on Social Media, as I love to see your beautiful creations. If you have any questions, you can submit these to me, and I will be delighted to answer them.
